Pest control

Websites for pest controllers, split the way the work splits

General pest is a bookable job at a set price. Termite work is an inspection and a quote. The site runs both without pretending they are the same thing.

The short version

Set prices where they are honest, quotes where they are not

A general pest treatment on a standard home is a known job: known chemicals, known time, known price. Customers can book it online at ten at night when they hear something in the wall, which is exactly when they are looking. Termite treatment is different: nobody honest prices a barrier without an inspection, so the site books the inspection and the treatment quote follows from what you find.

Books straight inGeneral pest, rodents, and termite inspections at set prices with the warranty stated. Booked against your real availability, confirmed when you approve.
Inspected, then quotedTermite treatments and barriers. The inspection happens, the written quote follows, acceptance by email turns it into a job. The trail is kept end to end.
The detail that matters

What a pest control site needs that a generic one does not

The warranty, in writing, on the pageSix months on ants and roaches, or whatever yours is: stated exactly, because a clear warranty is the strongest sentence on a pest site.
Treatments listed like the jobs they areGeneral pest, spiders, rodents, wasps, fleas, bed bugs. Each with its price and what it covers, so the phone calls start further along.
Termites handled properlyInspections bookable, treatments quoted after. If you refer termite work out, the site says that instead. Both are honest shapes.
Rentals and agents, first classEnd-of-lease and property manager work named as services, because agents book differently to homeowners.
The annual rhythmYearly treatments held as standing rounds you approve, or a customer list with history for the yearly invitation. Either way, last year's customers stop leaking away.
Licence details shownYour licence number on the site exactly as you give it, beside your ABN, where careful customers look.

Fair questions

What pest controllers ask us

Which jobs can actually be booked online in pest control?

The standard treatments: general pest sprays, rodents, and termite inspections. Known jobs at set prices with known durations. Termite treatments and barriers are the opposite, priced only after an inspection, so they run through the quote path instead. The site keeps the two honest and separate.

My warranty is my best sales tool. Where does it go?

On the page, in plain words: what is covered and for how long. A warranty stated clearly beats a cheaper competitor mumbling about it, and the site says yours exactly the way you give it.

Most of my work should repeat annually. How does the site help?

Two ways. Recurring bookings can hold an annual treatment as a standing round you approve each time it comes around. And if you would rather invite than book, your customer list with full history is right there for the yearly nudge.

I do a lot of rental and end-of-lease work. Anything special?

The site speaks to it: end-of-lease treatments, flea treatments for vacating tenants, and work for property managers, stated as services with their own prices. Agents want the invoice and the treatment certificate without a conversation, and the dashboard keeps every job findable when they ring a year later.

Do you put my licence details on the site?

Yes, exactly as you give them to us, the same as your ABN. What we do not do is advise on licensing or compliance itself; that side stays yours.

Built for other kinds of work too

Every industry we write up gets this treatment: the page reads the way that work actually runs.

Yours not here? Tell us your industry, and if we add it we will email you when its page is live. Or just start your website: the build is the same one, and the questions change to suit you.
