Who runs it
My Business Hub is operated from Moreton Bay, Queensland by My Business Hub Australia (ABN 50 762 394 799), the team behind Moreton Regional Support. The same people who build your website answer your emails afterwards.
How support works
Email hello@mybusinesshub.com.au and a real person replies. Clients on the monthly service get small content changes done for them as part of the fee, and every client dashboard has a built-in password reset so nobody is ever locked out waiting on us.
What we will and will not promise
The website business is full of big talk. Ours works like this instead.
- We will
- Build your site from your own details and photos, show you a private preview before anything is public, register your domain in your business name and ABN, and hand over a full export of your customers and bookings any time you ask.
- We will not
- Promise you a Google ranking, invent reviews or statistics, lock you into a contract, or charge for things you did not ask for. If we would not want it done to us, we do not do it to you.
