Two numbers, no surprises

One payment to build it, one small monthly to keep it running, and optional extras only if you want them.

To build it

  • The website written and built from your form, your photos and your words
  • Online booking and quotes set up around your services and hours
  • Branded receipts, made from any job and emailed or printed, with a GST tick that turns them into tax invoices
  • A photo gallery from your photos, and a before and after page you fill and switch on yourself, from your phone
  • Gift cards you can sell from your dashboard the moment someone asks, emailed as a branded PDF and redeemed by code when they book
  • Private preview and changes before anything goes live
  • Dashboard set up on your phone, a printed guide, and a searchable one inside the app
To run it
$59/month
starts when your site goes live
  • Hosting and security updates
  • Your bookings and customers recoverable to any minute in the past week
  • Small content changes when you need them, prices, photos, hours
  • A real person on the phone when something is not right
  • No lock-in contract, cancel any time

That is the whole price. One-off extras are further down if you ever want them: see the add-ons list.

Know someone who would use this? When a business you send our way goes live, you both get a month free.
Prices are in Australian dollars.
Add-ons

Extras, if you ever want them

None of these are needed on day one. Each is paid once, built into your site and dashboard, and then it just runs.

Reminders and follow-ups

  • Day-before remindersA "see you tomorrow" email to the customer the day before their job, so they are home when you arrive. Text messages can be added later.
    $149
  • Review requestsYour Google reviews shown on your site, and a "how did we go?" email with your review link after each job.
    $149
  • Recurring bookingsFortnightly mows and monthly cleans rebook themselves. You still approve each round.
    $149
  • Promo emailsA "slow week" button that emails your customer list, with unsubscribes handled properly.
    $249

The emails these send go out on our email service at no extra charge, within fair use for a local business. If your list ever runs into the thousands we talk before it costs you anything.

Taking money online

  • Deposits and paymentsCustomers pay a deposit or the whole job through your site, straight into your own Stripe account. The same connection lets customers buy your gift cards from the website, not just from you in person.
    $299

Needs your own Stripe account, which is free to open and takes about ten minutes. We walk you through it, the money goes straight to you, and Stripe's standard card fees apply.

Set up with you

  • Google Business ProfileYour business on Google Maps and Search with reviews and directions, in your own Google account, set up together.
    $99
  • Business emailyou@yourbusiness.com.au, set up in a sit-down. The mailbox itself is paid by you to Microsoft or Google.
    $150

Anything else

  • Something specific to your tradeIf your trade needs something that is not here, we scope it and give you a price before anything is built.
    Quoted first

All prices are one-off, in Australian dollars, for the standard build of that feature on an active My Business Hub site. Anything unusual is quoted before it costs a cent.

Fair questions

The things people ask before they start

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. Customers book themselves in, the emails send themselves, and your side is a handful of big buttons with a help note on every screen. We set it all up on your phone at handover and leave you a printed guide.

Who owns the website?

The domain is registered in your business name and ABN, and your content, photos, customer list and booking history are yours. The dashboard software itself is part of the ongoing service, which is what the monthly fee keeps running.

I already have a domain, email or website. What happens to them?

You keep them, where they are. If you already own a domain, it stays with your current registrar in your name, and we give you the two records to point it at your new site, or walk you through it on the phone. Your email keeps working exactly as it is, because we never touch the email records. Your current website stays up until you have approved the new one, then the switch takes minutes. If you would rather start fresh, a new .com.au in your business name is included.

What happens if I want to leave?

Leaving is clean. There is no lock-in contract. You keep your domain, and we hand you a full export of your customers and bookings. The site and dashboard stop at the end of your last paid month.

How do bookings actually work?

Customers pick a service and a time from your real availability, and the request lands on your phone. By default nothing is confirmed until you approve it, so you stay in charge of your own week.

What if I want changes to the preview?

The build includes two rounds of changes before launch. A round is a list, not a single change, so gather up everything you spot and we work through the lot. Once you are live, small content changes are part of the monthly service.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?

Hosting, security updates, point-in-time recovery of your booking and customer data, small content changes when you ask, and a real person on the other end of the phone. It is the running of the thing, not a licence fee on top of other costs. The diary-fillers, reminders, review requests, recurring bookings and promo blasts, are one-off add-ons you can bolt on whenever you like.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes, and it is part of every build, not an extra. You sell a set amount or a whole service from your dashboard the moment someone asks, and the card is emailed to them or the person it is for, as a branded PDF with its code. When a card is used, the customer enters the code while booking, the amount is held on that booking, and it comes off the card when you mark the job done. Balances, expiry and every redemption are tracked. If you also take the deposits and payments add-on, customers can buy gift cards from your website as well.

Is the dashboard an app I download?

No app store involved. The dashboard is a private part of your own website. You save it to your home screen once and from then on it opens like any other app, with nothing to install or update.

The form is next. It costs nothing and takes about twenty minutes.

The form takes about twenty minutes and no payment is taken. You pay the $500 once we have confirmed your details, and nothing goes live until you have approved it.
