Car detailing

Websites for detailers, built around the way you actually price a job

Your standard packages take bookings online at a set price. The correction and ceramic work goes to a quote. Both live on the same website, and both land on your phone.

The short version

Detailing books online when most trades cannot

Most trades have to look at a job before they can put a number on it, which is why so many trade websites stop at a contact form. Detailing is different. A standard clean is a known job, at a known price, for a known number of hours, so a booking page can offer real times without guessing.

That one difference is what lets a detailing website do the selling and the scheduling while you are head down in somebody's car. But not every job is like that. Paint correction and ceramic work depend on what the paint is actually doing, and nobody honest prices that off a photo. So the site runs two paths, side by side.

Path one: book it nowStandard cleans, interior details, exterior work, headlight restoration. Fixed price by vehicle size, a known duration, and the customer picks a time you are genuinely free. Nothing is locked in until you approve it.
Path two: ask for a quotePaint correction, ceramic coating, pre-sale revivals. They send the details and photos, you book an inspection, you send the price, they accept by email, and it becomes a booked job in the same calendar.
The detail that matters

What a detailing site needs that a generic one does not

Prices that move with the vehicleHatch, sedan, SUV, ute, XL 4WD, van. The booking page asks what they drive and shows the price that applies, instead of one number with an asterisk under it.
Durations that block the right slice of the dayA two hour standard clean and a seven hour full detail cannot occupy the same slot. Every service carries its own length, so the calendar stops offering the long jobs late in the day.
The before and after gallery, already includedYour work is the sales pitch, so the gallery is part of the $500 build rather than an extra. It runs off the photos already sitting on your phone.
Mobile or workshop, set up either wayCome to you, and the site pushes your address and drop off times. Go to them, and it pushes your service area and asks about power and water before the booking is made.
Deposits on the jobs worth protectingA full day booked and nobody home is a day gone. Deposits are an add-on, you choose which services ask for one, and they pay for themselves fastest on correction and ceramic work.
A cancellation window you setFree cancellation up to a point you decide, then it is on them. Your rule, written plainly where the customer reads it before they book.

Add-ons that suit a detailer

Online deposits & paymentsTake a deposit or the full job through the site, into your own Stripe account. The one most detailers ask about first, because of what a no-show on a full day costs.$299 once
Day-before remindersAn automatic "see you tomorrow" the day before. A reminded customer is home when you arrive, or moves the booking before it wastes your morning.$149 once
Review engineYour real Google reviews on the site, and a "how did we go?" email after each job. Detailing is a before-and-after trade and strangers read reviews before they read anything else.$149 once

These are the ones that tend to fit detailing. The whole add-on list is on the pricing page, and none of them are needed on day one. We only ever suggest the ones that suit what you actually do.

Fair questions

What detailers ask us

My prices change with the size of the vehicle. Can the booking page handle that?

Yes, and it is one of the first things we set up. You give us your size tiers, a hatch and sedan price, an SUV and ute price, an XL 4WD and van price, and the booking page asks what they drive before it shows a number. The customer sees the price that applies to their car rather than a from price with an asterisk next to it.

Some jobs I have to see before I can price them. Does that still work?

That is exactly why the site runs two paths. Your standard packages book straight in at a set price. Paint correction, ceramic coating and pre-sale work come through as a quote request instead. You book an inspection, send the price, they accept by email, and it turns into a booked job in the same calendar.

I am mobile rather than a workshop. Does that change the build?

It changes what the site asks. A mobile build pushes your service area instead of an address, and the booking form asks whether power and water are available on site, because that is the thing that ruins a mobile job. If customers come to you, the site pushes your address and drop off times instead.

What stops someone booking a seven hour detail at four in the afternoon?

Every service carries its own length, so the calendar only offers a slot when the whole job fits inside your working hours. Set your hours once and the booking page will not offer a time that cannot physically happen.

Do I have to take deposits?

No, and most detailers start without them. Deposits are a one-off add-on and they earn their keep on the big jobs, where a full day booked out and nobody home is a day of income gone. You choose which services ask for one, and you set your own free cancellation window.

Built for other kinds of work too

Every industry we write up gets this treatment: the page reads the way that work actually runs.

Yours not here? Tell us your industry, and if we add it we will email you when its page is live. Or just start your website: the build is the same one, and the questions change to suit you.

Ready when you are

The form already knows your trade, so it asks the right questions. About twenty minutes, no payment.
