Websites for cleaners, built around regulars rather than one-off jobs
A one-off deep clean is a good day. A fortnightly regular is a year. Most cleaning websites are built for the one-off and quietly leak the regulars.
The regulars are the business
Most cleaning websites treat every booking as a first booking. A form, a reply, a text to agree a time, and the whole dance again next fortnight. A site built for cleaning does the opposite: the regular slot repeats itself, the client knows when you are coming, and you approve the round instead of rebuilding it.
There is no shortage of cleaning software out there, and most of it is a monthly subscription that sits beside a website you still have to organise separately. This is one thing instead of two. The website and the booking system are the same system, we set it up from your answers, and there is no second subscription for you to configure.
What a cleaning site needs that a generic one does not
A cleaning site and the dashboard behind it
Your website in your own colours, and the phone dashboard where you run the week. Sample data shown below.

The same two numbers as everyone else
$500 once to build it, $59 a month to run it. No lock-in contract, and the domain is registered in your business name. The full pricing page has the lot.
Already in the $500, not an extra
Add-ons that suit a cleaner
These are the ones that tend to fit cleaning. The whole add-on list is on the pricing page, and none of them are needed on day one. We only ever suggest the ones that suit what you actually do.
What cleaners ask us
Nearly all my work is regulars. Does a booking page even matter?
It matters for the two ends. New clients find you and book their first clean without a phone call, and your regulars stop needing to be rebooked by hand every fortnight. The recurring bookings add-on rolls the regular slots forward on their own, with you approving each round, so the diary fills without you chasing it.
Bond cleans I have to see first. Can I still quote through the site?
Yes. A bond clean comes in as a quote request rather than a booking, because the price depends on the size of the place and the state it is in. They send the details, you send a price, they accept by email, and it becomes a booked job. Regular domestic cleans book straight in at your set price.
Do you have a cleaning business live yet?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than dress up a mock-up as a portfolio. The two screenshots on this page are a sample build with sample data, labelled as such, so you can see the shape of it. Our work page only ever shows real customer sites, and a cleaner goes on it the day one goes live.
I clean with two others. Can we each have our own calendar?
The build comes with one calendar, yours, and a crew works from it together: every job shows who it is for, where and when, and the notes travel with it. A separate calendar per cleaner is not a standard feature. If your team needs it, tell us at the start and we scope it and price it before anything is built.
Where do key safes, alarm codes and access notes go?
In your dashboard, against the job and the customer, where only you and your team see them. Nothing like that is ever on the public side of the website.
Built for other kinds of work too
Every industry we write up gets this treatment: the page reads the way that work actually runs.
Yours not here? Tell us your industry, and if we add it we will email you when its page is live. Or just start your website: the build is the same one, and the questions change to suit you.
Ready when you are
The form already knows your trade, so it asks the right questions. About twenty minutes, no payment.
