Information we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, ABN, and details about how your business operates. If you provide files for your website, such as photos or a logo, we retain those as project material. The form is also protected against automated abuse using short-lived technical records, including IP addresses, which are deleted within an hour.

How we use it

Personal information is used to respond to your enquiry, to build and operate your website, and to provide ongoing support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Storage and security

Information is stored with Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, with point-in-time recovery in place. Access is limited to My Business Hub personnel.

Cookies and analytics

The public website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. The client dashboard sets a single authentication cookie used for signing in. If you leave the enquiry form part-way through, your draft answers are held in your own browser only and do not reach us unless you submit the form.

Websites we operate for clients

Websites we build and host collect bookings and enquiries from our clients' customers. That information is held on behalf of the client business, which owns it. We store it with the same point-in-time recovery protection and process it only as needed to operate the client's website.

Access, correction and deletion

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests can be made at any time by emailing hello@mybusinesshub.com.au and are actioned promptly.
